All orders will be dispatched within 2 Business days of receiving the order. Our Business Hours are Mon- Fri 9.30am- 5pm, Sat 9.30- 2.30pm. All deliveries are via Australia Post and will be registered. A standard delivery fee of $8.95 applies to all deliveries anywhere in Australia.

For your convenience, we offer a free gift wrapping service for all our orders. Why not save time by allowing us to send your gift directly to the lucky recipient, complete with your message.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order and Direct Deposit.

Whilst we aim to fill our orders 100%, it is possible that an item you purchase on our site may not be available. Lollipop kids will contact you immediately should this happen.

If redeeming a voucher please select Credit Card option, enter Voucher Number or Code in the Address field when placing order and we will email a revised invoice.

We are confident at Lollipop kids that you will be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems. Contact must be made prior to sending items back. Items must be returned within 14 days from the payment date. Items must be in original condition with tags still on and returned with receipt of purchase. Postage is at the customer’s expense.
