We endeavor to dispatched online orders within two business days of receiving the order. All deliveries will be sent via registered Australia Post or Courier service. The delivery fee is quoted at the time purchase.
We are confident at Lollipop Kids that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems. Items can be returned for an exchange within 14 days from the payment date.
Lollipop Kids do not provide a refund or cancel orders once payment has been made, however we will issue a credit note to the same value of the original purchase, not inclusive of postage, in the event another suitable product is not available at the time of exchange.
