We understand how exciting it is to receive your online order and that's why get it in the post and dispatched as soon as possible, in most cases this is the same day or the next business day.
We use Australia Post for most orders, however if your order includes a bulky item, we may use a courier service. All online orders are sent with tracking which are emailed to you at the time of dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

* Order up to $100 are $12, Orders between $100 and $150 are $14 and orders over $150 are $16 (within Australia)
* Express Post $17.95 (within Australia)
* Shipping of bulky items are quoted on the website
* New Zealand shipping $19.95 (for orders under 2kg, orders 2kg and over we will contact you directly and provide a shipping quote)
* International shipping $49.95 (for orders under 2kg, orders 2kg and over we will contact you directly and provide a shipping quote)
A note about Australia Post
In our experience Australia Post provides an excellent service, and in most cases parcels arrive on time. However, there may be delivery delays experienced that are outside Lollipop Kids control. In the unlikely event that a parcel is delayed please contact us and we will happily follow up with Australia Post for more information.
There are strictly no returns or exchanges during our good-bye sale.
We make every effort to check and double check that items shipped are in perfect condition, in the unlikely event the item is faulty please contact us immediately and we will replace or provide a refund (if a replacement isn’t available). Please note that faulty items are required to be sent back to Lollipop Kids unless otherwise agreed.
Lollipop Kids do NOT provide a refund or cancel orders for change of mind. If you have incorrectly placed an order online with us a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
